Postdoctoral Researcher
I am a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Wharton School. My research examines how firms attract, retain, and allocate human capital in response to technological change, investor dynamics, and policy constraints. Using large-scale workforce and career data, I study how these forces drive heterogeneity in organizational capabilities and workforce composition, as well as how high-skilled workers respond through mobility and career choices.
I earned my PhD in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. I also hold an MS in Applied Economics from Cornell University and a BA in Management from Boğaziçi University.
